Vehicle wash water can contain road dirt, traffic film residue, oils and cleaning products. The way this water is managed depends on the drainage available at the site.
Before regular washing starts, we can discuss the proposed cleaning area and existing drainage. A surface water drain should not be used for contaminated vehicle wash water, and having an interceptor does not automatically mean a wash area is suitable when detergents are being used.
Where suitable drainage is unavailable, Mobile Fleetwash can provide wastewater containment. Wash water is captured during cleaning and reclaimed into tanks carried on the mobile unit.
The collected wastewater can then be removed from site for approved disposal where required.

Vehicles are pre-treated to loosen traffic film, road grime and surface dirt. Manual brushing can then be used on key surfaces before high-pressure water is applied across the exterior.
Depending on the agreed specification, cleaning can include bodywork, cabs, cab backs, wheels, wheel arches, lights, mirrors, windows and visible chassis areas.
For vehicles preparing for inspection or workshop work, MOT steam cleaning can be arranged separately where required.
Completed vehicles can also be recorded electronically, with supporting images and service reports available where required.
