Modern Slavery Statement

Financial Year 2025

This statement sets out the steps taken by Mobile Fleetwash UK Ltd during the financial year ending 31 December 2025 to help ensure, as far as reasonably possible, that modern slavery or human trafficking does not take place within our business or supply chain.

Mobile Fleetwash is part of LPW Group and follows the wider Group approach to ethical business practices, responsible procurement and employee welfare.

Introduction

Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour.

Mobile Fleetwash has a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency, and to maintaining appropriate systems and controls to help safeguard against modern slavery within our own operations and supply chain.

While we have not identified any cases of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business during the previous financial year, we recognise that modern slavery remains a global concern and continue to review our practices accordingly.

Our Business

Mobile Fleetwash UK Ltd provides nationwide on-site vehicle cleaning for commercial fleets across the UK.

Our teams clean HGVs, vans, trailers, refuse collection vehicles and other working vehicles directly at customer depots, yards and operating sites.

Mobile Fleetwash forms part of LPW Group, alongside businesses operating across vehicle cleaning, fleet services, signage, commercial cleaning and related sectors.

Where possible, we aim to build long-standing relationships with suppliers and business partners and make our expectations around ethical business behaviour clear.

The majority of our suppliers are UK based. Where international supply chains are involved, our preference is to work through established UK companies or UK branches where possible.

Our Policies on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

Mobile Fleetwash is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place within our business activities.

Where reasonably practicable, we expect our suppliers, contractors and service providers to maintain similar standards and to comply with applicable legislation.

Alongside this statement, policies within the wider LPW Group support ethical behaviour and help deter and identify concerns, including modern slavery.

These include:

  • Human Rights Policy
  • Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
  • Whistleblowing Policy

Employees are encouraged to raise concerns where they believe unethical or unlawful behaviour may be taking place.

Mobile Fleetwash also supports the wider Group commitment to fair employment practices.

Our approach to modern slavery includes:

  • complying with relevant UK and European legislation and regulatory requirements;
  • considering modern slavery risks when making procurement decisions;
  • maintaining appropriate awareness of modern slavery issues across the organisation;
  • making suppliers and service providers aware of our expectations;
  • encouraging the reporting of concerns; and
  • supporting the protection of whistleblowers.

Steps We Are Taking

We continue to take steps to reduce the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain, including:

  • sharing relevant training and guidance with senior management;
  • ensuring employees are recruited in line with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006;
  • building long-standing relationships with suppliers and making our expectations around business conduct clear;
  • including modern slavery requirements in specifications or tender documents where appropriate;
  • considering modern slavery factors when evaluating suppliers and tenders;
  • encouraging suppliers and contractors to understand and meet their own obligations; and
  • reviewing our policies and working practices to identify areas for improvement.

We will continue to review our approach and take proportionate steps to strengthen our controls where necessary.
